1. Binding of the contract The online presentation of products is no binding offer but a non-committal online catalogue. After the entry of your personal data and by clicking the �Send� button at the end of the order process you initiate a binding order of the products which are in your basket. The receipt of your order is confirmed immediately after the sending of your order. The contract becomes binding with the dispatching of the goods or the sending of an E-Mail confirming the dispatch. 2. Right of revocation and return You have the right, to revoke your order within two weeks after receipt of the goods without any reasons by writing an E-Mail to customerservice@cappson.com or via return of the goods. If the returned goods are not in or are only partly in the original condition a subtraction of the price must be taken into consideration. This does not apply if a reduction in quality is equivalent to a check in a conventional shop. You can avoid reduction in refunding, if you don�t treat the goods as your property and avoid everything which lowers the value. Ready packages can be sent back on our risk. You have to bear the costs if the supplied goods are equal with the ordered goods and if the price of the returned goods doesn`t exceed 40 EURO. 3. Retention of title Cappson reserves itself the property rights of the ordered articles, until the customer has settled the complete purchase price. 4. Terms of delivery A. Delivery time The delivery time depends on payment method and destination country. (s.delivery terms). The goods are shipped after Cappson has received payment. B. Delivery costs Cappson ships to all European Union countries and Switzerland. Orders within Germany independently of the order quantity are free of shipping charge. 5. Payment methodsCappson customers can choose between the following payment methods: A) Credit card (VISA or Eurocard/Mastercard): Your credit card will be charged with the acceptance of your order B) PrepaymentPayment of the invoice amount before the distribution of the goods to the Cappson bank account. Bank account information are send by confirnation E-Mail after order placement. Transfer fees have to be beared by the customer. C) Paypal 6. Miscallaneous Product presentations The presentation of the articles, which are symbol presentations can deviate from the supplied goods. We try to present articles as original and exactly as possible, however there can be differences for example on colours due to different screen settings. Branded articles Cappson purchases brand articles exclusively from manufacturers, authorized partners and outlet stores only. Salvatori clause If single terms of the business terms should not be legally effective totally or partly or lose later their legal force, then thereby the validity of the contract is in all other respects not to be affected.
